We are currently seeking a highly capable and professional Executive Assistant to support the Architecture and Engineering Business Unit, a division of PPB Tech. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment and is passionate about enabling leadership excellence.


🏢 About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to the Executive team, providing high-level administrative, coordination, and operational support. Your contribution will be central to ensuring the smooth functioning of executive operations and the successful delivery of strategic objectives.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Randburg, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic technology-focused business unit while maintaining flexibility.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support & Diary Management

You will take full ownership of executive calendar management, including scheduling, rescheduling, and safeguarding focus time. This includes coordinating complex meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring all supporting documentation is ready in advance.

You will act as the first point of contact for the executive office by screening, prioritising, and responding to emails, calls, and messages with professionalism and sound judgment. Additionally, you will prepare briefing packs and consolidate key information for leadership engagements, presentations, and decision-making forums.


2. Administrative & Office Management

Your role will include managing all travel-related arrangements such as flights, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics. You will also be responsible for processing expense claims, managing vendor requests, and supporting procurement processes in line with internal policies.

You will maintain accurate and compliant filing systems (both digital and physical), ensuring documents are easily accessible, well-organised, and aligned with governance requirements.


3. Meeting, Project & Stakeholder Coordination

You will organise leadership forums, business reviews, and internal team meetings, ensuring seamless coordination from planning through to execution. This includes capturing minutes, decisions, risks, and action items, as well as following up to ensure accountability and progress tracking.

The role will also involve assisting with small projects or workstreams, supporting the preparation of presentations, reports, and dashboards that inform executive and business decisions.


4. Confidentiality, Governance & Professional Excellence

Handling sensitive and confidential information will be a core part of your role. You will be expected to uphold the highest levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

You will ensure compliance with organisational policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements, while representing the executive office with emotional intelligence, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.


🎓 Minimum Education Requirement

  • National Certificate: Information Technology
