Job Summary
Absa is inviting suitably qualified graduates to participate in an Apprentice / Learnership Programme designed to maximise both individual and organisational development. Successful candidates will gain structured workplace exposure while executing predefined learning and development objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate fully in the assigned learnership or internship programme
- Execute predefined learning objectives aligned to business needs
- Gain practical workplace experience within the banking environment
- Contribute to team and organisational goals while developing professional skills
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree completed not more than 2 years prior to application
(Graduation Certificate must be attached) - Academic Transcript with a minimum CGPA of 3.6 (Second Class Upper Division)
- At least 2 Principal Passes at ‘A’ Level
- Minimum of a Credit in Mathematics and English at ‘O’ Level
- Willingness to learn and grow within an Apprentice / Learnership environment
