Job Description
A learnership is a structured learning program that combines theory (classroom-based learning) with hands-on business experience, allowing you to build useful skills, get a complete certificate, and increase your employability.
By enrolling in a learnership, you will be contracted and employed for 12 months. During this period, you will be expected to attend work according to the host site’s usual working hours, engage in training sessions, and complete qualification-related tests.
Requirements
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between the ages of 18 and 28
- Be unemployed
- Not be studying full-time
- Not be currently registered on another learnership or internship
Documents Required

- Certified copy of your ID
- Highest qualification or latest school report
- SARS Tax Reference Letter
- Bank statement or official bank confirmation letter
