Job Description
GrandWest Casino and Entertainment World is a global leader in the gaming and entertainment business. It is our ambition to always push the frontiers of service quality, and to that end, we are searching for highly motivated Learners for a National Certificate in Gaming Operations who will embody the GrandWest principles.
Main Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for being the frontline customer service point, facilitating the play of casino table games while offering great service on the floor in compliance with business standards and gaming regulations.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or comparable national qualification for gambling operations.
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Currently jobless.
- No criminal record.
- previous experience in a consumer facing job.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing and capable of working in a smoking atmosphere.
The Learnership offers:
- A twelve-month employment contract
- The Learnership will lead to a National Certificate in Gaming Level 3.
- Continuous coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, and assessment.
- Work experience in a gaming setting.
