Job Description
The client Service Consultant is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by effectively addressing questions, organizing installations, and resolving difficulties. You will communicate with consumers via a variety of channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
This position also entails working directly with technical teams both locally and abroad, making it a dynamic and collaborative role.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant qualification or degree (advantageous)
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of customer service processes
Additional advantages include:

- Previously worked in customer service or support positions
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with consumers by phone, email, and in person
- Supporting customers with SecureDrive products and services.
- Scheduling car fitments within the specified timeframe
- Coordinate with technicians to guarantee timely installs.
- Resolve client difficulties, especially complicated scheduling challenges.
- Providing system configuration support, including usernames and passwords.
- Training consumers on how to utilize the system.
- Managing a large amount of incoming calls and emails.
- Handling rescheduling, cancelation, and repairs
- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are satisfied.
