Job Description

The client Service Consultant is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by effectively addressing questions, organizing installations, and resolving difficulties. You will communicate with consumers via a variety of channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

This position also entails working directly with technical teams both locally and abroad, making it a dynamic and collaborative role.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Relevant qualification or degree (advantageous)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of customer service processes

Additional advantages include:

  • Experience with telematics or vehicle tracking systems
  • Understanding of the supply chain and scheduling procedures
  • Previously worked in customer service or support positions

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating with consumers by phone, email, and in person
  • Supporting customers with SecureDrive products and services.
  • Scheduling car fitments within the specified timeframe
  • Coordinate with technicians to guarantee timely installs.
  • Resolve client difficulties, especially complicated scheduling challenges.
  • Providing system configuration support, including usernames and passwords.
  • Training consumers on how to utilize the system.
  • Managing a large amount of incoming calls and emails.
  • Handling rescheduling, cancelation, and repairs
  • Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are satisfied.
