Job description
The Kitchen Sculler is responsible for keeping the kitchen clean, well-maintained, and organized at all times. He/she shall maintain an appropriate level of clean inventory with a high quality of cleanliness according to the Hygiene quality and in compliance with general Health and Safety policies, as stated in The Capital Hotel Group Policy.
