Job description
The Handyman ensures that maintenance concerns reported during a shift are resolved smoothly and consistently, as instructed verbally. Areas of responsibilities include security, pools, grounds, hotel rooms, and any other aspect of the hotel. The responsibilities will include general DIY and maintenance, such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- 1 – 2 years of previous handyman/maintenance experience.
- Relevant trade qualification or certification.
- Additional certifications in the subject are beneficial (salary dependent).
