Job description

The ultimate goal of this role is to generate new business through networks, establish and maintain positive client relationships, and retain and develop the company’s existing customer base by providing a comprehensive end-to-end integrated risk mitigation solution.

The incumbent’s responsibility would be to create, cost, propose, and present sophisticated integrated security solutions to existing and prospective clients, encompassing not just the Commercial but also the Group’s offerings.

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Senior Solution Sales expertise in the security business is necessary.
  • Computer Literate (MS Office, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Professional and well-presented at all times.
  • Ability to work under pressure and for long hours, if necessary.
  • Must be ready to travel.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable automobile
  • PSIRA grade for position: Grade C (Company Requirement).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accountability for client growth and aggressively raising turnover from both existing and new clients.
  • Ensure revenue targets are fulfilled by hitting established sales targets. Targets may change depending on business requirements and management discretion.
  • Securing a prosperous new business.
  • Attending to prospective clients in many areas of duty.
  • Responding to and resolving client questions in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Physically doing site surveys to meet all security criteria.
  • Personally planning and budgeting the whole solution offered.
  • Developing and delivering complicated ideas and presentations.
  • Ensure that quotes are sent to clients on schedule.
  • Developing and sustaining professional ties with clients.
  • Planning, planning, coordinating, and responding to customer needs.
  • Assisting with marketing concerns.
  • Creating and submitting weekly and monthly management reports.
  • Obtaining in-depth trade and competitive information.
  • To guarantee that all contracts and quotes are completed precisely and fully, with any relevant drawings and/or technical addendums included.
  • Ensure that all documentation is submitted on time to allow for sufficient time to source any non-standard stock items.
  • Ensure that only approved equipment in compliance with corporate regulations are sold.
  • Identify and create sales possibilities, including intensive cold calling, to maximize development within a certain market.
