Job description
We are now looking for an upcoming high-performing and busy Pedro’s shop in Mimosa Mall. This job is appropriate for driven individuals that thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and are dedicated to providing outstanding service while contributing to our continuing development and operational success.
Purpose
Responsible for preparing and grilling menu items to Pedro’s quality and safety standards while maintaining consistency, speed, and appearance.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or grilling experience is desirable.
- Grade 12
- Knowledge of food safety procedures.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, season, and grill chicken and other meal items using authorized recipes.
- Keep track of cooking temperatures, time, and portion management.
- Ensure that the food’s quality, flavor, and presentation satisfy brand requirements.
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report any issues.
- Maintain stringent cleanliness and food safety requirements.
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO) and reduce waste.
- Clean the grills, workstations, and utensils on a regular basis.
- Assist with inventory counts and ingredient preparation.
- During busy times, assist with culinary operations.
- Follow health, safety, and corporate policies.
