Job Description

Position: Program Coordinator (Learnerships).

We are looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented Programme Coordinator to assist the following functions:

Manage compliance and coordination of learnership programs.

The selected individual will manage learner documentation, attendance, provider communication, program reporting, and progress monitoring. This position necessitates good administrative skills, precise reporting, and the capacity to follow up forcefully and professionally with many stakeholders.

Main Duties

  • Coordinate learner enrollments, program files, and documentation.
  • Monitor class attendance, workplace attendance, and learner development.
  • Communicate with providers, facilitators, learners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Create weekly and monthly updates on project progress and hazards.
  • Assist with SETA/QCTO compliance, audits, and evidence packages.
  • Follow up with outstanding paperwork, assessment evidence, and learner inquiries.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • Relevant qualifications in human resources, training, education, or administration are helpful.
  • Two (2) years of experience in learning, training, or skills development administration.
  • Excellent Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams abilities.
  • Excellent organizing, communication, and reporting skills.
