Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Sales.
- Acknowledge each consumer within 30 seconds.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in accordance with Crocs’ customer service policies.
- Determine your customer’s needs and utilize your technical knowledge to present benefits that fulfill those demands.
- Close the deal and secure further sales.
- Invite your customers back and convert them become Crocs lovers.
- Every few hours, compare your daily sales to your specific budget.
Inventory
- Daily replenishment of footwear, apparel, and accessories from the storehouse.
- Reduce shrinkage by zoning the shop, acknowledging customers, and adhering to the Crocs changing room policy.
- Ensure that stock entries in the POS systems are correct.
- Process deliveries by invoicing amounts, labeling, hanging, and pricing products, and recording in the POS system.
- Process customer orders.
Daily Operations
- Ensure that shop housekeeping is done every day, including dusting, cleaning mirrors, vacuuming, emptying bins, clearing the counter area, and tidying changing rooms.
- Assist the management in opening and closing the business.
Training
- Your training is your responsibility.
- Ensure that you are originally assigned a companion and that you learn from them.
- You must attend quarterly training sessions and submit evaluations.
- Ensure that you receive monthly feedback from your management.
- Schedule a monthly meeting with your store manager to review your progress through the Crocs rookie pack.
- These are significant since they determine your eligibility for promotions.
Merchandising
- Observe the shop and keep the merchandise presentation in compliance with Crocs standards.
- Ensure that sizes are restocked.
- Help the crew update the windows and mannequins every two weeks.
- To prevent damage, ensure that POS supplies are stored in the designated location.
