Requirements
- Must have completed Grade 12/Matric.
- Be currently jobless.
- Any applicable Higher/Advanced National Certificate would be beneficial.
- Computer literacy.
- Not having previously participated or completed a learnership program.
- All candidates must be South African citizens with no existing bursaries or contractual obligations to another organization.

Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in both classroom and workplace training sessions.
- Gain experience with different business processes and departmental operations.
- Carry out administrative and operational responsibilities as assigned by supervisors and mentors.
- Maintain accurate records and complete assessments, assignments, and other program obligations within the stated time frame.
- Comply with business rules, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Show professionalism, timeliness, and a pleasant attitude in the job.
- Communicate clearly with coworkers, bosses, and stakeholders.
