Job Purpose
Responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of the assessment instrument, as well as monitoring students throughout the examination to ensure that no abnormalities occur. This is a seasonal employment.
Requirements
- Matric
- Higher certificate/diploma will be beneficial.
- At least 1–2 years of industry experience.

- Knowledge and comprehension of South African higher education systems and regulatory frameworks.
- The ability to handle time efficiently.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Customer service oriented.
- Capability to successfully deal with change.
- Deadline-oriented and can do well under pressure.

- Effective communication abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring pupils to ensure there is no cheating during evaluations.
- Distributing answer booklets and test papers to pupils.
- Ensure that the assessment conditions are always followed and fulfill the policy standards.
- Preparing assessment venues to verify they fulfill standards.
- Providing assistance as needed in the event of an emergency, such as a sick student or a fire evacuation.
- Directing any questions a student may have during the evaluation.
- Give a full and unambiguous report at the end of each session.
