You will be responsible for engaging with customers, ensuring they have a seamless rental experience, recommending additional products and services, using your upselling skills to boost sales, handling bookings, queries, and returns in a professional and friendly manner and providing outstanding service with a focus on building lasting customer relationships
Requirements
- Matric Certificate or Equivalent
- A valid drivers license
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or similar)
- Strong upselling skills with the ability to identify customer needs
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and public holidays
- A stable and continuous work history
