Learnership Overview
AVBOB, in collaboration with INSETA, is offering a 12-month Long Term Insurance Learnership curriculum. Learnership is a systematic work-based learning program that combines theoretical study from an acknowledged training provider with practical experience in the workplace that leads to a certified certificate. The student will receive a monthly stipend for the length of the learnership.
Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must have a valid Grade 12/Matric certificate.
- Must have completed matric subjects in English and (Mathematics, Maths Literacy, or Accounting).
- You must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- There were no prior learnerships attended.
- Should not be registered with another academic institution or engaged in any other study.
- Must have a dependable method of transportation.
- Having a smart phone or laptop would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills (MS Office, email, and internet) are a benefit.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
