Duties And Responsibilities

  • Logging of CRM on Teams
  • Allocating CRM to the relevant foreman
  • Constantly update the Teams work instruction sheet to ensure promise dates are met
  • Be the point of contact between Sales and Workshops
  • Filing and accurate documentation management
  • Generate purchase requisitions on approved quotations
  • Follow up on outwork invoices
  • Processing outwork invoices and ensure that invoices are submitted
  • Ensure Daily invoicing targets are achieved
  • Manage credit and make sure that credits are signed off as per authority levels
  • Assist with Queries and complaints from internal customers
  • Assist in maintaining work in progress
  • Job costing and billing when required
  • Maintain Safety Inspections and Safety registers
  • Housekeeping

Requirements

  • Matric
  • At least three years of administrative experience in the earthmoving or related sectors.
  • Computer literate with both mainframe and PC software
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP
  • Pay attention to details and attend administrative functions.
  • Ability to interact with team members.
