Duties And Responsibilities
- Logging of CRM on Teams
- Allocating CRM to the relevant foreman
- Constantly update the Teams work instruction sheet to ensure promise dates are met
- Be the point of contact between Sales and Workshops
- Filing and accurate documentation management
- Generate purchase requisitions on approved quotations
- Follow up on outwork invoices
- Processing outwork invoices and ensure that invoices are submitted
- Ensure Daily invoicing targets are achieved
- Manage credit and make sure that credits are signed off as per authority levels
- Assist with Queries and complaints from internal customers
- Assist in maintaining work in progress
- Job costing and billing when required
- Maintain Safety Inspections and Safety registers
- Housekeeping
Requirements
- Matric
- At least three years of administrative experience in the earthmoving or related sectors.
- Computer literate with both mainframe and PC software
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with SAP
- Pay attention to details and attend administrative functions.
- Ability to interact with team members.
