Job Description
Opportunities are available through the YES4Youth Programme 2027 offered by BMW Group South Africa. This is a joint effort that focuses on combating the problem of youth unemployment in South Africa. Through the programme, individuals stand a chance to benefit from hands-on work experience in a corporate setting that is international and premium.
Requirements
- Aged 18 to 34 years old.
- Should have obtained a recognized qualification in any of the study programs advertised.
- Should currently be jobless.
- Have never enrolled in a YES4Youth program before.
- Aim to gain knowledge and acquire skills.

- Any other relevant certificates related to your qualification.
Qualifications and Fields of Study
Applicants must hold a relevant university degree, National Diploma, Diploma or Certificate in one of the following fields:
Finance, Accounting and Economics: Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, Economics, Banking or Internal Auditing. Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce in Accounting, Finance or related fields. Postgraduate Diploma or Honours in Taxation will be an added advantage.
Business Administration and Management: Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, General Management or related fields.
Engineering and Technological fields: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Metallurgical or Quality Engineering (BSc/BEng/BTech/National Diploma).
Automotive and Electrical trades: Motor Mechanic, Transportation Electrician or related Automotive and Electrical trades.
Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations Management: Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
Information Technology and Computer Science: Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Software Development, Web Development, Front-End Development or related Information Technology qualifications. Java, SAP and ABAP Certifications will be an added advantage in relevant positions.
Data Science and Analytics: Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related analytical fields.
Human Resources & Industrial Psychology: Human Resources Management, BCom Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or other relevant field.
Marketing, Communications & Media: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or Bachelor of Arts (BA) Communications.
Product Management & Digital Design: Product Management, UX (User Experience) Design, UI (User Interface) Design, Graphic Design, Web Development, or Front-End Development.
Risk Management, Insurance & Law: Risk Management, Insurance, LLB (Bachelor of Laws), BCom Law, or other related law/risk management degree.
Occupational Health and Safety: Safety Management, Occupational Health & Safety Management, Occupational Safety Management, or other related field.
