Program Overview
Rohlig-Grindrod invites applications from qualified, unemployed youth to participate in the YES Program. Participants will gain valuable workplace experience and develop skills that will benefit their future employability. The program begins in 2027, and successful candidates will be stationed at one of Rohlig-Grindrod’s offices across the country.
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric passed with a minimum of 50% and above in English and Mathematics.
- South African citizen aged 35 and under.
- Unemployed and did not undertake the YES Program.

- Orientation towards customer service – Ability to cope in a tough customer service environment.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to deal with pressure and be able to meet all deadlines.
- Ability to work with the team and add value to the performance of the whole team.
- Adaptability as the environment is always changing.

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
- Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.
