Job Description

Learnership Programme:

Complete the accredited Pharmacy Healthcare Academy’s National Certificate: Pharmacy Assistance Learnership Programme (Learner Basic Pharmacist Assistant) and a Further Education and Training Certificate: Pharmacist Assistance (Learner Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant).
An organized learning program that includes both academic and practical components leads to a qualification on the National Qualification Framework (NQF).

As a Learner in this program, you will be required to meet the following objectives:

Complete the Learnership Training Contracts successfully at a registered Clicks Pharmacy and with an approved trainer.
Attend the required training interventions and pass the competency assessments.
Submit an Evidence Portfolio
Under the supervision of a certified Pharmacist and within the legal scope of practice as established by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC), provide support to the healthcare team in one of Click’s Pharmacies.

Requirements

(Required)- Matric/Grade 12 with the following subjects and pass rates:

Mathematics with a 50% or higher pass rate OR Math Literacy with a 60% or higher pass rate
English as a first or second language with a 50% or higher pass rate
With a pass
Life Science or Physical Science.
