Job purpose

The primary goal of the Food & Beverage Attendant position is to support daily restaurant and service operations while providing visitors with a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

1.Cleaning and Closing Duties

  • Store reusable items appropriately.
  • Clean the equipment and work spaces.
  • Restock products for the upcoming shift.
  • Lock refrigerators and safe spaces.
  • Complete the daily housekeeping checklist.

2. Work Area Preparation

  • Set up and stock service stations.
  • Ensure that all tools and supplies are ready to use.
  • Keep a clean-as-you-go strategy throughout the shift.

3. Equipment and Presentation Checks

  • Inspect china, glass, and silverware.
  • Ensure that each item is clean and attractive.
  • Maintain excellent presentation standards.

4. Guest Service

  • Welcome and thank guests in a professional manner.
  • Communicate simply and nicely.
  • Answer phones with good etiquette.
  • Respond to the guest’s wants and concerns.

5. Teamwork and Communication

  • Work closely with coworkers and managers.
  • Support team goals and operations.
  • Maintain excellent work connections.

6. Health and Safety Compliance

  • Follow the company’s safety policies.
  • Report any accidents or dangerous situations.

7. Physical Duties
