Job Description
This one-year entry-level training exposes participants to the industry and allows them to gain critical workplace skills. Successful candidates will work in a world-class environment at one of our South African operations.
Throughout this program, they will obtain significant working experience and skills, instilling a market-driven, operationally oriented, and customer-centric approach in our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Learners will be responsible for providing help across various business functions. These roles are critical to guaranteeing the function’s effectiveness and providing expedited and realistic work experience.
Requirements
- South African Citizenship
- Completed the Grade 12 certificate
- Additional tertiary qualifications are preferred.
- Should not be permanently employed.
- Should not have more than two years of job experience.
- Should be between the ages of 18 and 30 years.
- Commitment to the 12-month programme.
- Must not have completed a YES Learnership before.
- A strong academic record.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Good time management.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team atmosphere.
- A positive outlook.
