Experience and Qualifications
- Matriculation is required.
- A minimum of two years of call center sales experience is required.
- Proven sales record.
- Excellent communication and closure skills.
- Goal-oriented and financially motivated.
- Working in a fast-paced, performance-driven atmosphere comes naturally.
Package and Remuneration
- R6,000 performance increase.
- There is no commission cap.
- Incentives and rewards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales objectives.
- Professionally introduce items and confidently finish transactions.
- Customer information should be captured and stored accurately.
- Provide great client service.
- Work together to create a good, goal-oriented team atmosphere.
