If you are passionate about sales and customer service and want to advance your career in the insurance business, this is the chance for you.This Learnership program intends to provide jobless adolescents with workplace experience in the insurance business. Through this learnership, learners will have the chance to get a Wealth Management NQF level 4 certificate as well as work closely with and receive expertise from specialists in the insurance business.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification.
- Aged between 18 and 34.
- South African citizen by birth.
- Unemployed
- Belonging to a historically disadvantaged group.

Duties and responsibilities
- Complete all theoretical lessons and tests.
- Immediately fulfill all administrative and reporting obligations relating to the function.
- Collate, create, and disseminate papers in accordance with the relevant standards within the time range specified.
- Respond to all inquiries in a professional manner to deliver an outstanding customer experience and ensuring client service level agreements are met or surpassed.
- Screen and route all incoming inquiries to the proper stakeholders, as well as aid with customer query resolution.
- Maintain appropriate office housekeeping standards.
