Job Description
We’re looking for a nice and professional receptionist to join our team. The ideal applicant will be in charge of delivering great customer service to all clients and guests. The Receptionist will be the initial point of contact for all incoming calls and guests, presenting the organization in a good and friendly light.
Requirements
- A minimum of Grade 12.
- Experience in the motor business will be advantageous.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Must have great verbal communication skills.
- A Receptionist certification will be beneficial.
Key responsibilities:
- Meet and welcome visitors to the company, assess their requirements, and lead them in a way that benefits the organisation’s reputation.
- Respond to calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent and accurate client service.
- Report any unsolved operational delivery and quality problems to operational management. • Report on transactional actions in accordance with established rules, providing timely information for decision-making in the area of responsibility.
- Deliver work in accordance with governance, compliance, integrity, legal, and ethical policies and procedures. Control, monitor, and record outgoing trunk calls and incoming reverse charge calls. • Deliver, organize, and arrange personal work routine and job execution in an effective and efficient manner to meet agreed-upon performance goals.
