Job Description
The gasoline Attendant is in charge of delivering efficient, courteous, and safe service to consumers at the gasoline station. This involves supplying gasoline, keeping the forecourt clean, serving customers with basic vehicle needs, processing cash and card transactions, and following all safety and operational protocols.
Requirements
- Grade 12/NQF 4
- Clean criminal record.
- Excellent attention to detail and correctness.
- Numerate
- Capable of doing effectively under pressure.
- Reliable, honest, and customer-focused.
- precise and accurate.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Balance fuel sales at the end of every shift.
- Identify disparities and fix problems.
- Providing courteous, professional, and efficient customer service
- Ensure that consumers receive the requested gasoline.
- Processing cash and card transactions properly
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting forecourt environment
- Assisting consumers with basic car needs.
- Follow all safety, operational, and compliance requirements.
