Job description
The Learnership is a structured job-based program that gives unemployed kids work experience at our organization. This program provides jobless kids with workplace experience or the opportunity to practice work skills that will help them in their future careers.
The chosen applicants will sign a fixed-term Learnership agreement (not an employment contract) with the firm and receive a stipend of R9,000. This is a learning opportunity for jobless kids who have a passion for call centers and want to get experience before pursuing a career in the financial and insurance industries.
Requirements
- Matric
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- No work experience required
- Be a South African citizen
- Not previously on a Learnership with INSETA
- Be between the ages of 18 & 35
- Unemployed in the last 6 months

Working Hours
You will be expected to work the following shifts according to a pre-determined roster:
Friday-Monday (9 hours)
Saturdays (eight hours)
Sundays (five hours)
You will have two weekdays free (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays) and one on-site day for full qualifications training.
Public Holidays
If you are scheduled to work on a South African public holiday, you must work the entire day, unless it is a public holiday in the United Kingdom.
