Job Purpose
Purpose of the Learnership: The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is committed to empowering South African youth by providing skills development and workplace learning opportunities.
Applications are now open for the Claims Learnership Programme, aimed at unemployed young people who have completed Matric (Grade 12) only and are between the ages of 18 and 23 years. This learnership offers participants the opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience and develop claims related skills over a period of 12 months.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Receiving and recording of new files from Correspondence department
- Pre-assesment of new files
- Receive new files from the pre-assessment team
- Preparation of files for scanning
- Scanning of files Indexing
- Uploading File preparation for storage
- Registration of new files
- Updating/correction of registrationV&V of files to ensure complianceIssuing letters of compliance or non-compliance
Requirements
- Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate
