Requirements
- Matric Certificate/Grade 12.
- Grade B Psira registration and accreditation.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in security operations is required, with previous shift management experience being beneficial.
- Must have retail experience.
- A highly analytical individual with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage and reprimand employees.
- Computer literate, with skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent operational planning, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal communication and client liaison skills are needed.
- Must be capable of working under pressure and for lengthy periods of time as needed.
- Willing to work flexible hours.
- Own reliable transportation.
- There is no prior criminal history.
- Should live in the Vaal region or be ready to relocate at their own expense.

Job Specification
- Maintaining positive relationships between Fidelity Security Services Group and the client about security services provided.
- Constantly reviewing service levels and offering recommendations to clients on how to enhance services.
- Ensuring continual evaluation of the Client’s premises, restricting unsafe access to the greatest extent feasible, and erecting numerous barriers to potential offenders.
- Ensure that all Security Officers on-site satisfy the Client’s contractual standards.
- General administration and monitoring of security personnel, as well as timely resolution of all their inquiries.
- Submitting necessary monthly reports to the client and management as needed.
