Job Summary
The aim of this function is to carefully pack and stack product, substrate, stock items, and finished product.
Responsibilities
- Product preparation involves the use of substrates and stock goods.
- Make sure product and stock items are clearly marked for identification.
- Assist in counting plain paper in accordance with regulations.
- Unpack completed product for shipment upon receipt from Finishing Department.
- Ensure that bundles are properly packed and strapped according to the customer’s specifications.
- Operate the shredder machine safely.
- Keep all work areas neat and tidy at all times.
- Adhere to all safety, health, environmental, and risk regulations stated by the section leader when handling all items.
- To complete other tasks as assigned within your capacity.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity (Advantageous).
