Job Description

As store manager, you will be responsible for the business’s operational and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will involve doing administrative chores, maintaining inventory levels, and formulating company plans.
The ideal applicant must be able to increase customer satisfaction while meeting monthly sales targets. In addition to being a strong communicator, you should have exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Matric (mandatory).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are preferable.
- A minimum of three years of managing experience in retail.
- Strong leadership and customer management skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a thorough understanding of core company management procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
