Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an interesting position in the Human Resources and Projects Department. We are searching for talented individuals to get the necessary skills and grow toward a National Certificate in Business Administration – Learnership, which will be offered at multiple locations.
Responsibilities
Complete the NQF level 4: National Certificate – Business Administration Programme. Provide administrative support throughout the year, particularly during peak business periods and while teams are on leave. The Learnership is a systematic integrated learning program that combines academic (formal) training with hands-on learning (organized work experience).
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification in Maths and English (pass rate of at least 50%) is required.
- Proficiency in English and other South African languages One-year work experience
- Must not have completed the same qualification/learnership in another company or organization. COMPETENCY

- South African citizens’ Employment Equity Candidates must be unemployed.
- Aged between 18 and 35,Provide a legitimate medical record detailing their disability.
- Candidates must be willing to commit for twelve months.
- Self-motivated, organized, results-driven, with attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a flexible working environment (including weekends and public holidays).
- Ability to work in a pressurized working atmosphere.
- No criminal record or poor credit history,Candidates may not be engaged in any formal full-time studies.
- The candidate must be willing to attend classes during the week and, if necessary, work on Saturdays at the Regional location.
