Role Purpose
The Learnership Programme, which runs from March 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025, allows participants to strengthen their abilities and receive Short-term Insurance-specific experience. Furthermore, successful graduates of this program will be awarded a recognized National Certificate in Short-term Insurance (NQF Level 4).
Requirements
- Aged 18 to 25 (including turning 25 in 2023). You must provide a copy of your ID with your application.
- Able to speak, read, and write English.
- Passed Matriculation (a 50% or higher in English is required, and Math is helpful). You must provide a copy of your Matric certificate with your application. If you are presently completing Matric, please include a copy of your preliminary exam results.
- Be computer literate.
- Currently unemployed and/or with no work experience.
- You must not be studying at another institution or hold any post-Matric degrees.
- Currently not registered for any additional learnerships.
- Interested in a career in short-term insurance.
- Have a passion for learning and the business environment.
- Have a clear criminal and credit record.
