Job Description
DHL is encouraging unemployed teenagers to join their Learnership Programme for the 2026/2027 intake.The selected candidates will be enrolled in the 12-month Clearing and Forwarding Agent NQF 5 learnership curriculum.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent transportation and logistics/business certification.
- Matric with English (65%).
- You must be between the ages of 18 and 30.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must not be actively working or studying.
- Knowledge with computers (particularly MS Office) will be advantageous.
Key Perfomance Area
- You will work under direct supervision to assist the delivery of import/export procedures and operations in order to improve service and performance.
- You will be assigned repetitious documentation activities such as receiving, reconciling, combining, and summarizing documents and information.
- You will support and maintain operating systems as instructed.
- You will do back-office tasks such as scanning, filing, and reporting.
- You will deliver given tasks using prescribed procedures, systems, and methodologies.
- You will mostly help and communicate with colleagues from your own team.
- You will provide information that requires minimal explanation or interpretation.
- You will handle task-related concerns correctly in order to maintain work relationships.
