Job Description
This Learnership program is intended to provide chances for jobless matriculants to get practical working experience and a career in banking. The Learnership is being given as part of Bank SETA’s Discretionary Funding for Banks and Contributing Members. Postbank is participating in this learnership program and is eager to engage with matriculants who want to start their careers in banking.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate (NQF Level 4).
- Basic computer literacy for South African citizens.
- Unemployed Matriculant with little or little job experience (0-6 months).
- Candidates that specifically state that their base location is Bloemfontein and the surrounding areas will be evaluated.
- Willingness to enroll in the Senior Certificate in Banking is required.
Knowledge and comprehension of:
- Basic functional and applied understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Should be able to communicate and converse in English.
- Effective communication and persuading skills.
- Hands-on attitude to work.
