Job Description
For fifty young people without jobs, we are presenting an engaging 12-month Learnership Program. This program gives you the knowledge and credentials need to pursue a career in the service sector by fusing theoretical instruction with real-world job experience.
Requirements
- South African citizen with a legitimate ID
- 18 to 35 years of age
- Matriculation (Grade 12) or a comparable NQF Level 4 certification
- Unemployed at the moment
- Capable of dedicating themselves to the whole 12-month program
- Speaking English fluently (having other languages is beneficial)
- Strong communication abilities, a love of customer service, and computer literacy
- No prior involvement in a learnership program and a clean criminal record
Responsibilities
- Attend each theoretical and practical training session.
- Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound contacts.
- Resolve consumer inquiries and concerns.
- Capture and validate customer orders correctly.
- Communicate effectively with the appropriate parties.
- Promote the e-Rele services and goods.
- Work both alone and as a team.
- Meet all assessment and portfolio criteria.
Documents required.
- A certified copy of your South African ID.
- A certified copy of your matriculation certificate (or similar).
- An updated CV.
- Proof of residence (no older than three months).
