Job Description
The above post is open at Fidelity Cash Solutions Ermelo and reports to the Branch Manager.
The primary goal of this role is to load client ATMs.
Requirements:
- Clear criminal record
- PSIRA is recognized at least with Grade B.
- Completed weapons training for handgun and rifle.
- SAPS proficiency certificate.
- CIT Certificate
- Experience in the security business or a related function.
- Driver’s license.
- Computer literate
Key Performance Areas:
- Loading all ATMs daily
- Secure and account for all cash transactions on a daily basis.
- Attend to all technical malfunctions in the ATM.
- Balanced and reliable cash transaction processing
- Ensure that all customer assets are secure at all times.
- Ensure that all necessary processes are followed at all times.
- Complaint about trans track scanning activities
- Client engagement and help
