Job description
Book and arrange group reservations.
Respond to calls, emails, and other communications from passengers and prospective passengers.
Take action on calls, such as providing information, making modifications to bookings, assisting with lost items, special requirements, or creating new bookings. Respond to clients promptly and courteously. Verify clients’ payments, collect names, and help with group modifications.
Generate and follow up on group quotations and bookings, and help clients through the process.
Provide comments to management on any recurring concerns that passengers appear to be experiencing, so that these issues may be addressed and resolved at the root cause.
Establish and sustain trust and rapport with clients by appropriately coordinating new and existing customers and guaranteeing great customer service. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (essential).
- Call center experience is (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Zendesk, phone systems, Raddix, and PayU (advantageous).
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Must be able to work shifts.
- Must have accurate and current understanding of FlySafair’s offers.
