Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome residents pleasantly when they arrive for meals.
- Assist residents to their tables and give support as required.
- Prepare dining spaces before to service (laid tables, verify cleanliness, set up beverages).
- Serve refreshments, help with food service, and answer to residents’ wishes.
- Maintain excellent levels of hygiene and appearance in eating spaces.
- Communicate resident wants and concerns to the catering and care staff.
- Develop strong, compassionate connections with residents to improve their eating experience.
