Job Description
To sell over the phone to present and future clients and meet sales objectives while using proven best practice customer service methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric.
- Tertiary Sales and/or Marketing qualifications would be beneficial.
- One year of experience at a similar level is necessary.
Skill and Knowledge:
- Computer expertise, particularly MS Office software.
- Basic understanding of budgeting, sales/marketing principles, and so forth.
- ICT industry knowledge
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone manners
- Negotiation skills
- Computer literacy
- Capable of working individually or as part of a team
- Knowledge of goods
- Understanding of systems and processes
