Job Description
The SBV Services Learnership Programme 2026 is a 12-month paid opportunity for jobless South African teenagers to get practical experience in banking and cash processing.
This programme is part of the YES4Youth initiative, which aims to reduce young unemployment by offering job experience and training opportunities.
This programme will play a rule in:

Requirements
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 30 years old
- Be unemployed
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- Willingness to work with cash
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures
Responsibilities
Cash Handling
- Process and count cash.
- Verifying transaction correctness.
Security Compliance
- Observing stringent security protocols.
- Adhering to risk-management measures
Quality Assurance
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintaining strong operational standards.
