Job Description
Our organization is happy to be a part of the YES4Youth Initiative, a nationwide initiative that provides young South Africans with meaningful job experience and a road to long-term employment. We are looking for enthusiastic, engaged teenagers to join our 12-month placement beginning November 1, 2026.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade12
- A tertiary qualification or trade certificate would be desirable.
- South African citizen.
- Age: 18-28 years old
- Currently jobless.
- Must not have previously taken part in a YES4Youth program.
- Willing to participate in a complete 12-month work experience placement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain proper housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety rules and procedures.
- Maintain strong employee relationships.
- Maintain strong workplace ethics.
- Follow production timetables.
- Perform poultry processing operations in accordance with product standards.
